Our Story

Austin Learning Partners is a network of like-minded experts that has come together over more than 10 years of working together across different projects. Some of us were colleagues, others were contributors, and in some cases even competitors.

The name is a quiet tribute to lifelong learning. Jeff Austin Sobieraj, the principal partner, was given the name Austin by his late father who had been reading the biography of Stephen F. Austin just before Jeff was born. The name is a nod to those who never stopped being curious, and who treat learning as something continuous and rewarding for its own sake.

All of our partners connect around a shared core belief: that meaningful change in how people work does not happen because an organization purchases the right tool, hires the right consultant, or sends people through the right training. It happens when the right expertise is present inside the work itself. The best solutions operate close enough to the problem to see it clearly, and provide consistent enough support over time to actually help people and teams change.
